I just saw Narnia last night for the first time. I have never read the books or watched the movie. I really enjoyed it. I thought it was full of awe and wonder and I like that there were no "big star" names (except for the voice of the lion). I want to get the books now....

Read them!! Amanda got me the whole series for my bday, and they're worth reading--totally amazing books.

Anyhow. You're free to borrow mine, if you want. Provided you can take care of them.  Grin

I'm not big on audio books. The only electronic device I like to hear talking coming from is the t.v. I don't care for talk radio, talk c.d.'s, etc.

Maybe I could borrow one book at a time (that's all I'm capable of). I need to finish the book I'm reading now, though, and I have a feeling Narnia would push that aside for me. I'll let you know. Thank you!

They're pretty light books--comparable to Micheals, somewhat. I think you'd enjoy them. Smiley

I think I'll like them- that's why I have to wait until I'm done with the book I'm reading now.

In defense of audiobooks, I didn't like them until I heard the Chronicles.  And as much as I travel to and from Lakeland, it makes the drive MUCH more enjoyable.

Oh Roy, I don't correct your grammar. Give me a little grace, will ya'?

What, you haven't heard?  I'm destined to be the neighborhood "crazy cat lady."  I'm gonna be old and alone with 17 cats and run out of my house in my nightgown chasing little kids with my umbrella.

That's scary.
