I also would like to hear other people's reactions.  Especially from the Leadership team.  While I don't believe it is practical to do all of these suggestions everyday, I would like to know which ones seem to be of higher value or practicality than others and which ones don't seem to make any sense at all.  Looking forward to the comments.
