Bruce's vision for the Sabbath really is a far cry from the traditional ideas that are promoted concerning the sabbath. Alot of things to think about, aren't there? So what does everyone think? Maybe it would be interesting to share what routines we have in place to encourage spiritual growth. You'd be surprised what little things would count, as well, so feel free to share.

Well right now it's hard for me to get into a rhythm, considering that I work early in the mornings and I do things at night (worship team, youth group, etc). But when I have time to sit on my computer, I put on some music and sing while I write on my online diary. I write about the things that happened throughout the day and the observations I make. I write about my emotions and what God has brought me through. Some things are encouraging, and some aren't. When I have questions I type them out, and most of the time I see them answered. It's just a way to get my thoughts together and see that God's hand is always on my life...
