I have to be honest...I don't measure precisely anymore...Rachael Ray freed me of that!!  So, here goes...

4 chicken breasts, or cutlets, or whatever type you want to eat
Honey
Dijon mustard
Italian bread crumbs

Mix equal parts honey with dijon mustard - enough to cover the chicken.  For example, 2 TBSP honey, 2 TBSP mustard.

Place bread crumbs in a ziplock bag and place chicken in there - shake and bake, baby!!!

Bake @ 350 F for 35 - 45 minutes.

A hallucination is a fact, not an error.

I don't know what it is but every time I see Rachel Ray I want to punch her in the face.

You can, but half the fun of cooking, for me, is learning to take ingredients I have on hand and use.  I always have dijon mustard and honey.  Plus, the less processed the better.  PLUS I have to use special honey, called Tupelo honey, which is better on blood glucose levels  Grin

Anxiety - I actually felt that way at first.  I like her now, mainly because I've learned quite a bit from her cookbooks and her show.  Her personality still annoys me at times, though.
