What's a number?

« on: June 26, 2009, 06:37:35 PM »

What game most exemplifies the very core of Christianity?

I'm not sure. But, I have been enjoying GTA 4.

I was not a big fan of some of the colorful content found in 3, Vice City and San Andres. Although not a pure game, I find 4 to be a lot more friendly towards the fare hearted.

Putting away all sex, drugs and firearms: I've never been to New York, but I've seen a lot of it on TV. From what I hear, people who have been to New York say that game feels like you're really driving across the Brooklyn. I've enjoyed just sight seeing as I go through the game. I've found the story to be very secondary to this.

I've also been enjoying the post 9-11 social commentary that comes out when listening to the radio. Conservative, liberal, disconnected; it doesn't matter. It's why I still turn on South Park from time to time (then turn it off again because it gets to nasty).

If you don't mind a little blood and guts in your game, and you don't get too into the games you play, I would recommend this one.

A child recently asked me what eight times four is. I thought about it for a while. I put together some experiments. I ran some tests. I searched through numerous published articles on number theory.
I then came back to the child and responded, "What's a 'four'?"

A hallucination is a fact, not an error.

I'll stick with my GTA 1. I like overheads much better for some reason.  I quit 3d gaming after Medal of Honor multiplayer puttered out.

Another similar sandbox game I have been playing lately has been inFamous for the PS3.  The control is fantastic and the story is cool as well. Its worth a try if you own a PS3.

Plus, I've been to NYC...and Brooklyn in particular... and I only saw 1 mugging and 2 drug deals walking from the cab to the front door of my office building.  Low Crime! LOL!
