I made ground flax brownies today, very healthy and figured she could make these at the farm for the kids. Each serving has 9 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, plus the recommended 25 grams of flaxseed.

2 cups ground flax seed
2 tsp baking soda
8 packets of Spenda*
1/4 cup brown sugar*
4 tsp cinnamon
6 tsp unsweetened cocoa
5 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil

1) Mix dry ingredients.
2) Add eggs and olive oil.
3) Spread in 8 x 8 pan.
4) Back @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

*Depending on your preference to use or not use Splenda you can just add more brown sugar, or vice versa.

Paul, I am going through some OLD boxes in my closet, and have found VHS tapes, CDs, books, and of course clothes.  Can you use any or all of these things at the farm?  Also I found some Bibles and really don't need more than one...

Sure Amanda, we are always looking for stuff that we can use at the farm and for the moms.  Give Christine a call and we'll make arrangements to get with you.
