Oh, I agree. Great scenes between Hiro and his father in particular. I was surprised at the killer, though, I thought it was Peter's father. I have to admit... I did predict what happened to Claire's dad at the very end. I agree... it's getting really good.  |

Peter's father died a long time ago- in one of the first episodes of the show. He couldn't have killed Hiro's dad. I suspected it was Adam or Maury- one of the old time gang.
I liked the last scene with HRG. Thought it was great and in true Hero style.
I have to say, though, that Mohinder is getting on my nerves. He's supposedly intelligent- at least book smart, but has absolutely no common sense. I used to like him, but he is too easily deceived and swayed and tries too hard to be one of the heroes. Maybe that's his problem, he feels inferior because he doesn't have a special ability. Or maybe he does and he's just holding out on us.
I do find it interesting, though, that HRG now has Claire's abilities. It makes you wonder how many- if any- had it naturally and how many were "given" their abilities.

Oy, I meant to say Matt's dad! Though Peter's dad coming back from the dead and killing Kaito would have been a very weird twist indeed.
Didn't you notice the IV with Claire's blood in it? I wonder if it's going to be a temporary thing, or if he'll end up inheriting her abilities because of it. I have to agree about Mohinder, though. He was always kind of weak as the intellectual scientist character, but lately he's been rather... wishy washy. I don't know of a better way to put it. A couple of nice words from Bob, and he's ready to shoot HRG without hesitation? ehhh...

Ohh! you caught me just in time, I still have the recording from last night. You don't want to miss this one, it's good. Though it annoyed me in that they didn't do much in terms of moving the story along.

Yeah, that was bad. I really thought peter was going to think of cutting himself and giving him his blood. It was an amazing episode though. I like what happened to Adam.  I have to say though, the whole thing felt kind of anti-climactic... though I think that's mostly because the season had such a slow start. |

But the end to last season was anti-climatic. That's just how they roll.
Nathan was already given Adam's blood- that's why he no longer has a monster face from the burns caused by Peter exploding last season. So, the question is: Is he really dead?
I thought it was dumb that they killed off Nikki, too. Some of these new characters need to go.

Yeah, I'm not really liking this season so much, though they've had a good enough surprise in each to keep me holding on a bit longer. Two episodes ago, it was the surprise about Sylar. Last night, Hiro and the surprise at the very end. Gasp!  |

Ok, I haven't read anytihng else on this thread because John and I just started watching the series on Netflix...I LOVE IT! We have only watched the first two episodes of Season 1, but we're hooked.  |
