Any one else love to watch shows from the 80s?  Like Matlock, Smurfs, Snorks, Golden Girls, A Team...?  I'm proud to admit I watch Matlock daily! Smiley

Hey now, the 80's is when they had good tv. I especially mourn the old cartoons... none of the crap on tv these days can hold a candle to what you used to be able to see on Saturday mornings. What channel are these things on anymore??

I love the old cartoons. In homage to the 80's cartoon, Transformers, I must plug the movie that just came out on video. Love it!

Michael knows the channels...he and Andria are recording Smurfs and Snorks for me Smiley  Sad, yes... but we just have very very basic cable.  Ah, yes...transformers...and He-man and She-ra...those were great cartoons Smiley

She-Ra was my favorite. I used to pretend I was her. Then my parents gave my sister the She-Ra sword for her birthday...I haven't forgotten that.  Cry

Anyway, I don't have any cable, so I'm stuck with what's on regular t.v. There isn't a lot of cool stuff out there anymore. However, I will say that Kim Possible is very good. I think it is comparable to the cartoons we watched as kids.

Well, if you're interested, I can pass the Smurf's and Snorks on, then you can give the video back to Michael when you're finished.

And yes, I'm fairly nastalgic. Smiley   The TV shows are the only "happy" I remember in my childhood!!

Confession: I used to watch the Golden Girls religiously.

My friends and I can sing the entire theme song.  I'll never forget the episode where Sophia somehow had the pope's ring.

I loved Golden Girls!!  I don't think that one comes on non-cable TV.  Cry

My son got a new Blue's Clues DVD for Christmas, and one of the episodes has Blanche from G.G. as Steve's grandmother...it's funny!
